This is a 8 week program.  Children will learn the basic mechanics of boxing within a fitness base program.
For the ages 7 - 14 years 

Our program consists of skipping, pad work, heavy bag work and dynamic body movements, with a focus on working together connecting with other children and having fun. 

Program Objectives

Improve fitness levels by using dynamic training methods.

Learn fundamentals of Boxing and demonstrate them.

Work in with other kids – be confident!

Improve communication skills

Make fitness training fun
